President & Managing Director
Syed has over 20 years of experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management and has been instrumental in growing multiple startups into multi-million-dollar organizations. An Analyst with a flair for adapting quickly to dynamic business environments. He adopts a pragmatic approach and improvises solutions that resolve complex business issues. Equipped with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal skills and a proven ability in establishing quality systems / procedures & planning. Syed has been instrumental in developing game changing automation and workflow solutions ultimately improving the final product to the client. Prior to starting Gemcaps, Syed held a senior management position with one of the largest healthcare services providers in India.
Hema has over 15 years of experience in the offshore healthcare RCM space and heads the Operations at Gemcaps. She has extensive knowledge in designing and implementing cost effective outsourcing solutions for healthcare operations. Hema is well networked in the industry and has an ability to adapt to and work in a variety of environments. Hema has an excellent understanding of the specific requirements of clients and has helped our clients recognize significant savings through onshore and offshore outsourcing. Hema has played a pivotal role in client transitions and her expertise lies in new client acquisitions, client relationship management, transitions, operational management, and business excellence.

Hannah brings over 20 years of healthcare operations experience to the role, including vast experience in contact-center operations, network development, and building and managing centers of excellence. Hannah leads all client experience initiatives, project management, and contributes to branding opportunities. Most recently, Hannah held senior leadership positions at Becton Dickinson (BD) as VP Customer Experience and C.R. Bard (Bard Medical) as VP Network Development. Hannah earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland, and she maintains several project management and customer experience credentials. Hannah is based out of Tampa, Florida where she and her husband recently began the empty-nest adventure since their daughter is now in college.

Santhosh is a dynamic professional with over 13 years of experience in offshore medical billing, project planning & management, administration, operations management, and people management. A strategist with expertise in Offshore Medical Billing planning and executing projects with a flair for adopting modern methodologies in compliance with quality standards. Santhosh has a proven track record of managing Healthcare RCM processes/SOPs and streamlining RCM workflows & creating a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity. Santhosh has additional skills in conducting Medical Billing training sessions for enhancing the performance and quality of service. Santhosh focuses on ensuring that the Healthcare RCM process surpasses delivery & service quality norms for all clients. Santhosh has excellent relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills with deftness in swiftly ramping up projects in co-ordination with clients.
Manivannan Deenan has over 13 years of professional experience in IT System support with exceptional knowledge in Microsoft Platforms, TCP/IP, Hardware & Networking. He is Self-motivated and result driven individual with vision of Continuous Process Improvement. His expertise includes and not limited to monitor, maintain, Support computer systems and networks, Evaluate new technologies, penetration testing, data security and compliance. He is a Microsoft certified Network Engineer and heads Technology, Security and Compliance.

Harsha, is Postgraduate in Life Science with an experience of 20 years in Healthcare RCM management. He has worked with top MNCs and been a part of the core team and have setup and engineered process. He has good degree of exposure to 6 Sigma methodology there by being a key to the Quality initiative to meet the client deliverables. His expertise lies in Off-shore project transition, Strongly Skilled in Healthcare Consulting, Operations Management, Requirements Analysis, Planning, Staffing, Recruitment and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Has expertise in Organizations, behavioral and process training. His ability to understand, establish complex processes is the wealth of skill that he carries into the organization. Documentation of process, understanding the project requirement and making the requirement available are his skills.
